Yes, you will own the website entirely. Once the site is live, you will be given full admin and ownership rights and you are free to have your own development team work on it. If you sell your business, the website goes with it. However, one legal technicality we cannot transfer ownership of proprietary code like WordPress (open-source), source code, and stock photos.
